Trash burning is harmful to both the environment and to our health but with so many waste management problems many people are left with no other choice. The chemicals created and released by trash burning have been scientifically proven to increase your risk of many health problems such as, heart disease, asthma, emphysema, chronic headaches and even cancer. Kids are most vulnerable. Research has proven that kids absorb up to six times more pollution through their lungs than adults breathing the same air. In addition to this Children are more at risk than adults because their immune systems are still developing and may not protect them fully.
